It is an honor to welcome, for the first time in the United States, Firmino Miotti winery and guest chef Pietro Menegante.
Firmino Miotti winery is located in Breganze, a town in the province of Vicenza in the Veneto region. It is strictly a family business, synonymous with territory and one of the wineries that best interprets the characteristics and soul of the Breganze appellation. They focus on natural winemaking and make an exquisite array of interesting and delicious wines. We will be pouring several of their many wines including sparkling made from the white Marzemina grape, Breganze Cabernet and Merlot, a very rare red from the Graujo grape and one of the most delicious dessert wines Italy has to offer, Torcolato amongst others.
Joining us in this very special evening will be Franca Miotti, owner and winemaker plus we also have the pleasure of welcoming guest Chef Pietro Menegante, from Macafame restaurant in Zane, Vicenza who will together with Chef Donato and Chef Gianluca prepare a Venetian feast to pair with the amazing wines of Firmino Miotti.

It was in the mid-1980s that Elisabetta Geppetti, only 20 years old at the time, inherited Fattoria Le Pupille from her father-in-law, who wasn’t interested in winemaking. Today, 30 years later, she is widely considered the woman who put Morellino di Scansano on the map of the world’s greatest appellations and a true pioneer of the Maremma, today one of Tuscany's best winemaking coastal areas.
She is also credited with giving the world a benchmark Super Tuscan, her family’s Saffredi, a label that has recently celebrated three decades of top scores and reviews, often listed in Wine Spectators top 100 (Most recently #8) and always awarded 90+ scores from Suckling, Galloni and Parker.

Join us for an evening of amazing Piemontese wines paired with Donato and Gianluca's Piemontese cuisine. No single estate has done more with Barbera than Giacomo Bologna's Braida. We'll be pouring an extensive line-up of these incredible wines, including a couple of vintages of Braida's iconic cru, Bricco dell'Uccelone.
Braida's unique style of winemaking has elevated Barbera to a world-class wine, not only with great aging potential but contending in quality with its Piemontese neighbors, Barolo and Barbaresco. We have the great pleasure of welcoming Alessandro Veglio, Mauro Veglio's nephew, to our next Piemontese wine dinner at Donato Enoteca.
The Veglio family in Piedmont knows well the history of the area’s viniculture, having worked the land since the beginning of the last century. Mauro and his nephew, Alessandro craft some of the most beautiful and approachable Barolo we have ever tried. We have rapidly become staunch followers of their wines and we are sure you will too once you try them.

We have the pleasure of having Letizia Fenocchio in town to take us on a memorable Piemontese journey, tasting the impressive wines of Giacomo Fenocchio.
Azienda Agricola Fenocchio has been producing wine from their land in Monforte d’Alba since 1894. Claudio is a master at crafting classic Baroli that express the true essence of the Nebbiolo grape.

we are hosting this upcoming Tuesday June 13th none other than Sofia Pagos from Drusian winery at Donato Enoteca from 5 to 8 PM where you will be able to try a flight of 3 delicious kinds of Prosecco plus a complimentary appetizer for only $18.
Drusian is located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills in the Prosecco appellation and today its one of the top wineries making exceptional Prosecco following the family tradition dating back to 1890.
Sofia Pagos, a native of the Valdobbiadene area and ambassador to Drusian, will be overjoyed to answer questions and provide insight on the sparking wines we will be sampling!

Join us for a truly memorable Tuscan evening tasting the wines of renowned Montalcino winery, "Paradiso di Cacuci".
Paradiso di Cacuci is a Tuscan winery located in a small “corner of Paradise” in the northwestern area of Montalcino, in the famous area of Montosoli.
The estate was founded in 1964 and was one of the first ones to belong to the Brunello di Montalcino Consortium.
Montalcino expert and Paradiso di Cacuci export manager Francesco Ditta will be joining us and taking us through a tour of Montalcino that includes 3 different vintages of their famed Brunello di Montalcino, all of them paired with a magnificent Tuscan tasting menu by Chef Donato & Chef Gianluca.
