An evening in the heart of Barolo

We are delighted to welcome Enrica Scavino, who leads the renowned Paolo Scavino Winery in Piedmont, for a very special evening at Donato Enoteca.

She will personally guide guests through a curated tasting, sharing the philosophy, passion, and craftsmanship behind some of the region’s most celebrated Barolos.

Founded in 1921 and now led by the fourth generation, Paolo Scavino is a historic family estate known for its dedication to expressing the unique character of Barolo through meticulous vineyard selection and precise winemaking. With vineyards across some of the most prestigious crus in the region, the winery produces wines of remarkable structure, elegance, and depth.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed menu paired with a selection of the estate’s wines—celebrating the harmony between traditional Piedmontese terroir and contemporary Italian cuisine.
