Join us for an evening with Valeria Vittori, winemaker at Molino di Sant'Antimo, one of the most exciting new names in Montalcino.

The estate sits in the southeastern corner of the appellation, near Castelnuovo dell'Abate, alongside celebrated neighbors like Poggio di Sotto and Stella di Campalto. It was founded in the 1980s by Carlo Vittori and is now run by his daughters: Valeria in the cellar and Giulia leading the vision beyond it. Their 11 hectares of organically farmed, 30-year-old vines grow surrounded by forest, on clay, limestone and sandstone soils. In the cellar the work is traditional, with aging in large oak casks. The result is Sangiovese with both power and finesse.

Valeria will pour her wines alongside a dinner created by our kitchen. Our full menu will be announced soon.
