It fills us with joy to once again be able to host our Italian Winemaker Dinners at Donato Enoteca.
This time we are hosting ETTORE winery, a local Mendocino winery owned by maverick Italian winemaker Ettore Biraghi. Ettore was born and raised in Varese, Italy, a small city northwest of Milan in the country’s Lombardy region.
Ettore Biraghi brings his Old World Italian winemaking heritage to the New World, crafting wines of finesse and power, elegance and purity.
The wines from his eponymous winery, ETTORE, express the best of Mendocino’s complex terroir. ETTORE’s wines are only produced from organic, hand-harvested, and estate-grown grapes. From aromatic and elegant Chardonnay to deeply rich Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Join us and experience a splendid evening where Donato thoughtfully pairs the wines of ETTORE with his mouthwatering regional Italian cuisine.
Cost: $94 per person (not including tax and gratuity)
On this occasion each party will have their own table proximate to the winemaker.
There will not be a communal table.
